How to take your measurements:

Chest Circumference: Measure around its widest point

Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your waist

Hip Circumference: Measure at the widest point, the tape measure should be placed around your hip and buttocks 

The tape measure should be placed against the body without tightening it, and placed horizontally.
