    We hope that you love your purchase from The Edit, but if you wish to return your goods for a refund you may do so subject to the following policy.

    RETURNS POLICY -
    Goods maybe returned for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving them, with receipt/proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customers expense. The Edit will not be held responsible for any items lost in the returns process.

    To obtain a refund goods must be in a new and unused condition together with all original labels attached. We are unable to accept any goods showing signs of use.

    Due to Hygiene Regulations we are unable to accept returns on any earrings unless faulty.

    Due to the nature of cosmetics products and in the interest of hygiene we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.  We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or found to be opened or used in anyway.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  sale items and gift cards.

    This policy in no way affects your statutory consumer rights.

  • REFUNDS

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM -

    1. Contact our customer service team at hello@theeditshop.co.uk to request a return authorisation.
    2. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase or order number.
    3. Ship the return to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
    5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

      Goods may be returned in store.

      EXCHANGES -

      If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
