Ordering From Us

You can place an order on the Website by completing the online checkout process. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods from this Website.

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment via email as soon as possible, detailing the product(s) you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check the order details and advise us immediately of any errors or omissions, especially when ordering a personalized product.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon the dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

• Your order for personalized products contains unclear, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate content.

If payment is not received and you have already received the product(s), you must either pay for them or return them to us in accordance with the ‘Returns’ section outlined below.

Payment & Security

We accept payments via Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. We do not accept American Express. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding the security of your information.

Pricing

Product prices may change from time to time, including adjustments due to VAT rate changes. Any updates to pricing will be reflected on the Website as soon as possible and confirmed to you at the time of order.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are stated in working days and apply to orders placed by 1 pm Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays in England). While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We cannot accept liability for delivery delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Please ensure the details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect information.

Order Cancellations

Personalized or custom-made products are exempt from standard statutory cancellation rights. Please check your order details carefully, including spelling, before submitting, as we begin making personalized products shortly after receiving the order. Personalized products cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins unless faulty.

Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from receipt to contact us at hello@theeditshop.co.uk

After contacting us, please return goods in an unused state with their original packaging. Once received, we will issue a refund for the order amount. The cost of the return is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
