The Edit opened its doors in November 2024, offering a wide range of products for every taste and occasion — from ladies’ and men’s fashion to jewellery, accessories, beauty, bath products, and beyond.
As we’ve grown, so has our vision. Today, The Edit is devoted entirely to ladies’ and men’s fashion, jewellery, and accessories, while our sister store, Cadeaux — located just next to Waitrose in Caversham — focuses on gifting, party supplies, babies and children, and homeware.

Sam is a proud Caversham local and the owner of three independent businesses — The Collective, The Edit, and Cadeaux Caversham. Passionate about entrepreneurship and community spirit, Sam loves being part of such a supportive network and is committed to helping it grow and thrive.
Sophie – Senior E-Commerce & Retail Manager
Sophie brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing, business consulting, and data insights, having worked with global brands such as Chanel, Oliver Bonas, and Missguided. Since moving to Caversham a year ago, Sophie has loved growing the business, connecting with the local community, and shaping The Edit’s customer experience. She’s always eager to hear your feedback to help refine The Edit's collections and services.
